D2 why is grief so good
I have dropped it twice from Pit over the years and have cubed it from other runes that drop as well.
Yep… Has it happened quick? Yup… that is D2 beauty, each playthrough is different. Ok I am very stupid I messed up my math big time lol its not as overpowered as I made it out to be… I fixed the math. Even without grief Smiters are derp derp easy, so nerfing grief makes little sense for Ubers, but yes everything you said here is spot on.
Smite is just ridiculously Good vs single target, even with items found only in normal. The thing is that Grief is designed for 1-hand weapons mainly, whilst runewords such as BoTD, Doom and Destruction is designed for 2-hand weapons. Can We all agree that Grief should be changed?
Here is Why. Kind of… an unnecessary thing to do 20 years later. Consider that within the PvP community it has always been indisputably recognized that Bone Necros, Trappers, Wind Druids are the strongest. Under this you have unusually good Bowazon play or Ghostin play or sometimes good Hammerdin play, that can contest those top 3. Anything under what was listed here are meme builds for fun, not competitive play. So from a sheer intra-class balance standpoint, Grief needs to stay the same.

On smiters, the dmg is very significant as it adds dmg to ur shield, while holy shield usually add about dmg. Smackin said:. Darkflight Diabloii.
