I'm not sure why anyone would ever package that and send it out to a customer. I sent it back and they sent me a new one which I received yesterday, July 20th. Again, this one has black marks on it as well but not as many as before so I'm just going to cut my losses on it because they clearly aren't reliable or consistent in their product.

Definitely will never order again. Next order, they also did not ship. I reached out and did not respond. I texted them over a period of days multiple times but never got a response until I commented on their Instagram asking them to please respond..

The next day came and I received a text from them saying they canceled my order as I requested.. If you want to get ahold of them, try commenting on their Instagram they will for sure delete your comment but will also magically get back to you even though your issue may not be fixed ever The next order I received no problem, thankfully!

I ordered 2 hats not even custom well over a month ago. Contacted them several times and finally they told me it would be shipped last week. I got an email saying it had been shipped. All they did was create a shipping label. They have yet to ship it.

At this point they need to refund my money and give me my item. I will never order from them again. I have never waited this long on a package even custom orders. Ordered very easily FIVE weeks ago and the order is yet to ship. Nothing is worth this amount of time. They said my order was still in production. The day after I reached out they sent my and email that said my order shipped. A week later with no package I went on to track my order and found out that they only created a shipping label and the package had not left their facility.

Reached out again and they said that was a mistake but they fixed the mistake. I did not cancel my order and they will not answer my text. Horrible experience as my order contained items I wanted for a trip. I do not recommend ordering a customized sun hat from Judith March. The corners on the letters were already coming up when I received my hat.

This was a complete waste of money and a total rip off. It would be way better and cheaper to make your own like we did. I am here warning others to not buy this product because the quality is honestly terrible. I expected more from Judith March. Do you like to be surprised?
